There are a lot of changes. And there are even more now. I'm moving and I'm working two jobs. Fun stuff. I really have no complaints though.

Hey, did you ever choose which college you want to go to?

Hi. I know it's been a really long time. I have been incredibly busy, and I haven't had much time to be online except to check email(I've been in and out of town frequently in the last few months). But I hope things are going well with you! I'm doing great. I started a new job, and I work in a different city now.

How's the group project going?

I always hated group projects in school. Somehow I ended up with the lion share of the work >_< Just because I cared about my grades and I like to finish what I start. I always hated the "You're smart! Why don't you..." Argh. I'm glad that it changed as people matured, or maybe it was the classes that I chose later.

College wasn't about group work, although study groups were a huge help! It sucks when people are soo competitive that they don't want to study together(I went to a school where grading was based on curves). Luckily not everyone is like that ^_^ I still have really close friends based on the pain from certain classes.

As for Shakugan no Shana, 18 is the last ep I saw. Shuji is sooo clueless! Poor Shana. I felt like I could relate, I know some really clueless guys.

Of course, how else would I know where your avatar is from? I have to admit I really liked both seasons of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. I like some really obscure stuff too. We'll have to talk about it one of these days ^_^

I introduced my friend to Shakagan no Shana. It's my current favorite. It's soo cute and Shana really cracks me up. I can't wait for the next episode. I really like the opening and ending songs from this series.

Lately, I've been watching dramas, the live action asian ones. These can be soo addicting! I don't need something else to take up time >_<

It's good that you're not working too hard. Take it easy while you can. Although, time management might be a good thing to learn before going to college. It will probably save you some grief later on. Most people drop a full grade point when they first get to college. This is for a variety of reasons of course, not just studying and what not.

Happy Valentines Day!

School is what you make of it. It just get's harder as you get older. In college, I had to really learn how to study. Even though I was an excelent student in HS, it wasn't enough in college. I couldn't just skate by on talent alone, I had to learn to work hard and be disciplined. Time managment were no longer just random words.

Have I mentioned that I like your new avatar? It's from Lyrical Girl Nanoha, isn't it? That's not a very well known anime, is it?

Congrats! It sounds like your senior year is a lot harder than mine was. I pretty much kicked back and played around my senior year. My junior year was rough because I took a lot more exams, including AP exams.

That's great. It is a 'waste' of money in some ways to live on your own. I got into my first choice university, it happened to be about two hours away. But my parent's moved with me. I am really close to my family but I wanted the experiance of living on my own. I also didn't have a choice but to move into the dorms on campus that first year. After that I moved in with friends.

I did try going back to live with my family. I really didn't have a choice my last year of school :( It's a lot harder to go back. But if you can manage it, it's great to be supported throughout school.

I worked throughout college(I didn't have a choice), and it can make life a lot more difficult. I don't regret the choices I made because it was worth it to me. And I did learn a lot about life and myself.

So, good luck with your choices. I hope you get into the collete that you want :)

You have no idea :) Being tall is a good thing, especially for a guy.

Oh, and my friends didn't kidnap me in order to drink, it was really to celebrate my birthday, which just happened to be the legal drinking age :) So, if I had wanted to order my first legal drink, I could have. It is kinda a big deal here. Of course, just like Canada, you can do what you want in your own home with a legal guardian.

By the way, it's a lot easier to 'kidnap' someone like that when you live outside your parent's house. By then I had moved out and was going to college :) as were the majority of my friends.

Sounds cozy.

What is the legal drinking age in Canada? It differs in the US by state. I'm in California so it's 21 for me. I'm legal but I don't drink often and I've never actually been drunk. For my 21st Birthday my friends kidnapped me and we went to a mexican restaurant. They forgot to bring my ID so I didn't have any alcohol, which was fine for me. I just thought it was really funny. They did catch me off guard because I wasn't expecting them to do anything as it was a monday night and we were all in school. I still laugh when I think about it, but it's a good memory either way.

I'm only 5'3, so heels can be fun for about five minutes. My tallest friend is over 6'5 and I barely come up to the middle of his chest. I guess I'm used to it, everyone in my family is taller than me. My younger bro is 6'4. Sometimes I just think it's unfair but that's life. Besides I wouldn't want to be too tall, and tower over everyone either so it works out in the end :) I'm ok with being short now.
